YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT AT ONCE
Healing is not about fixing yourself overnight. It is about allowing Jesus Christ to begin revealing what has been shaping your thoughts, emotions, reactions, relationships, and inner life over time. Some things heal quickly. Other things require surrender, honesty, renewal, and spiritual growth along the journey. The important thing is that you begin.
Philippians 1:6 NLT reminds us, “And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished…”
WHERE HEALING BEGINS
01
SLOW DOWN AND
PAY ATTENTION
Sometimes God begins healing by revealing what we've ignored, buried, normalized, or carried silently for too long.

02
BRING IT HONESTLY
BEFORE GOD
Healing grows where honesty replaces hiding. God already knows what hurts. He invites you to bring it into His presence.

03
ALLOW TRUTH TO REPLACE LIES
Many unhealthy patterns are rooted in distorted beliefs, fear, shame, rejection, insecurity, or pain. God’s Word renews the mind and brings clarity.

04
STAY CLOSE TO JESUS CHRIST
Real healing is not found through self-effort alone. Transformation happens through abiding in Christ daily and allowing the Holy Spirit to work within you.

TAKE A MOMENT TO REFLECT
What keeps weighing on your heart lately?
What emotions do you struggle to process honestly?
What patterns keep repeating in your life or relationships?
What areas of your soul feel exhausted, fearful, overwhelmed, or wounded?
What truth from God’s Word do you need to hold onto right now?
Write honestly. This journey is between you and God.
WHERE HEALING BEGINS

GOD HEALS WHAT HURTS
No matter how long you’ve carried the weight of what hurt you, Jesus Christ is still able to bring healing, restoration, renewal, and peace. God is still able to restore what life tried to break, and your pain does not get the final say.
