This isn't a quiz or a checklist. It's an invitation to spend time with the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to lovingly reveal what may be taking place beneath the surface.
Soul Work begins with honesty before God. We often recognize what's happening around us long before we recognize what's taking place within us. Lasting transformation begins when we invite the Holy Spirit to search our hearts and reveal what He wants to heal, strengthen, renew, or reshape. As you prayerfully work through these questions, ask God to give you eyes to see and a heart that's willing to respond to His loving guidance.
PREPARE YOUR HEART
Find a quiet place where you won't be distracted.
Begin with prayer.
Read slowly rather than rushing through the questions.
Don't try to answer every question today.
Ask the Holy Spirit for honesty, humility, and understanding.
Write down anything the Lord brings to your attention.

What situations or relationships tend to trigger the strongest emotional reactions in me, and what might those reactions be revealing about my heart?
Are there patterns in my life that seem to repeat themselves? What might God be inviting me to understand through them?
What thoughts or beliefs do I find myself returning to most often? Do they agree with God's Word or contradict His truth?
Is there someone I still need to forgive—or someone whose approval I may be seeking more than God's?
What fears have the greatest influence over my decisions, and have I fully surrendered them to Jesus Christ?
Are there disappointments or wounds that still shape how I see myself, others, or God?
What fruit has been growing in my life lately? Is it evidence of the Holy Spirit's work or the result of unresolved struggles?
Where is God inviting me to trust Him instead of relying on my own understanding or strength?
Is there an area of my life where I know God has been asking for surrender, but I've been holding back?
What truth from Scripture do I need to believe more deeply than my feelings or past experiences?
In what ways has Jesus Christ already been changing me that I may have overlooked or taken for granted?
If I were completely honest before the Lord today, what would I ask Him to heal, renew, strengthen, or transform within me?

Thank Him for showing it to you.
Acknowledge it honestly.
Bring it before Jesus Christ.
Ask Him to renew your thinking through His
Word.
Walk forward one step of obedience at a time.

A PRAYER OF SURRENDER
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for loving me enough to reveal the places where You desire to continue Your work within me. Give me the humility to receive Your correction, the courage to face the truth, and the faith to believe that You are transforming me into the image of Jesus Christ. Help me surrender every fear, wound, belief, and attitude that does not reflect Your heart. Renew my mind through Your Word and lead me by Your Holy Spirit each day. Thank You that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in me. I trust You to continue shaping my heart until it reflects the character of Jesus Christ. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen.

The Holy Spirit is not standing at a distance while you try to heal yourself. He is the One guiding the process. He reveals truth, deals with the hidden places in us, comforts what has been wounded, and helps us confront the mindsets and patterns that have quietly shaped our lives for years.
Soul work is not about becoming your own savior through human effort. If we could heal ourselves, our blessed Lord would not have had to sacrifice His life. The truth is that only Jesus can truly heal and restore us. Soul work is about surrendering the inner parts of your life to Him and allowing the Holy Spirit to transform what pain, fear, rejection, trauma, and wrong thinking once shaped.

GOD HEALS WHAT HURTS
No matter how long you’ve carried the weight of what hurt you, Jesus Christ is still able to bring healing, restoration, renewal, and peace. God is still able to restore what life tried to break, and your pain does not get the final say.
